Coricraft Clearwater Damaged my Couch

In October 2018 I purchased a lounge suite to the tune of R 15 000 from Coricraft at Clearwater. The cushions were not properly and adequately filled, so I logged a request and the cushions were collected and taken to their warehouse to fill. Upon returning the cushions to me, there were stains on four of the cushions. I contacted the store at Clearwater and was told that the warehouse is claiming that they received the cushions in that condition. They are refusing to take responsibility for what they have done and I am now left with a couch filled with stains after spending R 17 000 in total with delivery charges and having the couches treated with Scotchgard. Should I not receive a response today, I will be approaching the Ombud.
