Coricraft Centurion

I called Coricraft Centurion on 2018/10/11 to enquire about a mirror, I spoke to a lady by the name of Esther who was very rude, she said she is not sure if they have those mirrors, she asks me where I leave, when I mentioned she said ok. I asked her to check for me she says "I told you we only have big one and a small one", she went to check and called me back, still the tone was very high and she put down the phone before we could even finish. Then I called back, and a lady by the name of Fifi picked up, I explained what happened and asked to speak to the manager and she said she's actually the manager, so I was like so is that how we should be speaking to people. she said no maybe it's because she was busy with another customer, I asked why she didn't apologise to one of us, so she could assist the other one first. Then Esther later called to tell me which other stores have the mirrors, and I a told her I didn't appreciate the way and the tone she used, she said "maybe it's my English, and if that's what you feel then I apologise, next time when I have to multitask, I will learn to tell the other customer to wait", such sarcasm?
