Coricraft Broken bed only 1yr 4 months old
<p>Shutter sleigh Bed was purchased at Coricraft Jan2015. The bed comes in a number of parts so i requested that i will purchase JUST THE BROKEN PART BUT no one is willing to help me. I have email correspondence with a claudette from coricraft for over 3 weeks but all she keeps saying they CANT SELL THE BROKEN PART and that i must either buy a broken set ftom their warehouse. thats an entire bedframe headboard and slats just to get my part that is broken. That's R4000!! And what do i do with the rest of the parts i can't use!!! HORRIFIC SERVICE FOR POOR QUALITY FURNITURE! I WOULD THIS SORTED SOON. I made this complaint over a month ago and still no solution. If there are broken beds (i believe there are 4 broken beds in this warehouse) why WONT they sell parts. I cant use my bed without the broken item so we have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor while our R7000 BED IS awaiting a VIABLE solution from Coricraft. </p>
We apologise for the poor service . Unfortunately we don't sell parts for these beds as there is normally no need for spare headboards. We have requested a photograph of the damaged part from you to see if there is something else that we can do to assist.
