Coricraft Boksburg it's a No Go!!!!!!

Corifcraft Boksburg.

It is with Great sadness to actually say I am a client of coricraft Boksburg.

I would surely never recommend this company to anyone especially the boksburg Branch.

I placed a massive order by them to to actually Receive a **** poor service.

Two of the beds that was part of the order arrived with the 1 base damaged, and secondly with the other mastressed that never arrived which was for the main bedroom on day of delivery.

Please note i placed an order 2 months in advance.

I was informed by the sales person that the matress was faulty and that they had to re manufacturer a nother one for me.

3 days later the matress arrived, I was then informed day of delivery that the base will also be manufactured again which will take 10 /14 working days.

They eventually delivered the new base which is double the size of the original matress and a complete different colour.

I suppose I will not even get a call from these guys as a follow up.

**** poor after sales!!! **** poor delivery times!!! **** poor customer service!!!

I am truly disappointed!!!
