Coricraft bed default and no feedback

To Coricraft.. firstly your prices are ridiculous for the quality and customer service customers receive. I bought a bed in 2015 for over R12000, however was only delivered and assembled in 2016. Earlier this week my bed started squeaking and I called the Eastgate branch, the sales lady logged a query to the warehouse which she said would take 48 hours to get back to me. Today I called the Eastgate branch again as no one has called, I have been under the impression my bed is still under guarantee based on my first conversation of calling on Tuesday. On Thursday another sales lady said it might not be under guarantee. Firstly your company should communicate better and actually get back to customers and secondly a bed for that price shouldn't start making noises after one year. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed, whatever the problem I don't think a bed for this price should happen.. please call me back Kelly Soma .
