Coricraft bad product and very bad service

So upset so Coricraft Montana agree on refund. They collect the couches at my house 12 March 2026 and told me when its in the warehouse the will do refund and have proof on my emails. I made a video and took fotos of the truck when they load it to make sure to send it to them and show them everything is in order nothing is damage so that if the drivers break stuff that I have my proof. But every week I call and cant give me answers money show pending. So today I call again now its decline its 3 week I have nothing in my living room to sit on they are the worst at service I am not leaving this am going to take legal action not just for the refund but for all my airtime and for my family that have been sitting on the ground this is not oky worst business and and staff how is it for 3 weeks no one can give me a update just keep still and I need to call every week this is R46000 not pocket money. Bad very bad
