Coricraft Bad customer service

Initially complained months ago about their false advertising and delivering a smaller size couch which was not what was ordered. No apology - have stated that I can return the couch but will charge me. We paid too much for what was delivered - no compensation offered. No customer service whatsoever. Their attitude is that it is your problem not ours! Sandra as rude and unapologetic as the previous lady. So now I am stuck with an expensive couch which is not what I wanted or ordered.
