CORICRAFT - bad bad bad service at call center

CORICRAFT call center - I am absolutely disgusted in your service. I phone, someone answers, I am asked to hold, I hold for up to 9 minutes without anybody coming back to me on the line! I phone and spoke to 5 people, and it happened everytime. Nobody can answer my query and then I just get to hold on while they eat there sandwiches and hope I put the phone down. If I dont put the phone down, the call get cut and I get to rate them. I rated them ZERO and still nobody bothered to come back to me. Please dont open an account with Coricraft
