Pathetic customer service. I waited 5 weeks for my furniture as expected, only to be told they made a mistake and I have to wait a further 4 weeks. No communication, they didnt respond to Whatsapp messages which they advertised. They never returned phone calls or emails.

I then requested a refund and received an auto response. After 5 days I didnt hear from them and when I called them they said they never received the refund. I then resent the refund and still didnt hear from them for days. Then I called in and they say the refund form was slightly cutoff and I need to send another one.

Absolutely pathetic!!!!
