Coricraft and CEO - what a joke

What a horrific experience. We thought the problem was only sitting with Coricraft Kramerville (who do not meet deadlines or respond to emails and telephone calls) however when you then approach the customer care centre and the CEO, Kevin Utian, what an even worse experience. Unhappy customers and bad service levels mean nothing to them. Do not expect a response from ANYONE. Spend your money elsewhere!
