Coricraft - Absolutely no customer service with this company

I bought a sofa, took 4 months to deliver, web site said feather filled they deliver foam filled sofa most uncomfortable sofa ever, the arm was also broken , this was end November , they promised a refund beginning December well I am still waiting , there service is the worst ever , they are useless I will never shop there again
