Coricraft a shadow of its illustrious past!!!!Poor Aftersales!
We ordered an orson leather couch which was delivered just 5 weeks ago. The stitching one cushion is open/opening...in addition the one leg is suspended in the air with one leg slightly bent. We spent R32000.00 on this couch. We have sent emails to customer support but have been ignored. Worst part is being a returning customer and getting pathetic service. Never again!

An agent will contact you shortly to book an appointment to resolve the skew leg and stitching onsite. The centre leg of the couch is meant to be slightly off the floor and will only touch when there is weight on the couch.
