Coricraft 5/5 for POOR service

5/5 for lack of customer centricity. Placed a order +R170k on the 15 June, planning our repatriation back to SA, and confirmed delivery for 9 Aug umpteen times, only to be let down. Today is 11 Aug, and the PMB store still cannot confirm my delivery. Store Mgr doesn't return calls, no Regional Mgr is contactable....I wonder if the CEO Kevin Utian will return my call?? In the interim my family with 2 young kids live in a empty house.....pathetic service!!
