Coricraft

I have heard lots of bad things about Coricraft, but did not listen. I am a previous Wetherlys client and should have stayed one. Do managers even exist at Coricraft? Do they even have a Head Office? I purchased a 3 seater and 2X 2 seater santorini couches on 23 March. I do understand to the lockdown manufacturing couldn't start. My problem is: I paid the R25 542.00 on Wednesday, and that day the sales lady was off. On Thursday 24 March she phones and offers me 20% off if I pay before lockdown (next day). That is when I told her I have already paid, but would off course like to get the 20% discount offered. Then lockdown and they were closed. When they opened again I went to go and see the manager about the 20% discount and she was so rude one could hardly speak to the woman. I have email head office about 30 times to absolutely no avail. It is as if Coricraft does not have a Head Office. Manufacturing reopened 21 May 2020 at 30%. They checked on the couches last week and said it was on route. Today is 16 July and I am still waiting.
