Cori Craft and the **** they delivered

Disappointed and disgusted by the service received from Cori Craft. The quality of products on display and what the customer receives is chalk and cheese. I have purchased a tv unit which was pricey expecting showroom quality. The 1st unit received was faded and a replacement unit was requested. NO feedback was given, I as a customer had to follow up on the delivery and when a date was given the unit could not be produced. 2 weeks later a 2nd unit was delivered which was worse than the 1st. Cori Craft employees insist that's the quality of the unit produced as all units are produced in China, yet the floor model is perfect. Advertising a good unit and delivering ****.
