If I purchase a product from you I expect that when you say you deliver, that whether the furniture goes on the ground floor or have to go upstairs that this can be done. Not the case!!! Not only do you NOT find out on which floor the furniture is to be placed in when I buy it, nor when I arrange delivery, you waste my time with \delivery"people that are not capable of carrying an item up 16 stairs (which I find rather interesting as I have a double bed in a 2nd bedroom that was brought up those same stairs). Then you make a poor attempt at trying to reschedule delivery with the \""specialised\"" crew and equipment and that you manage to stuff up as well by scheduling it for a time of day that you have been told that I am not at home. I am torn between 2 reasons for this 1 - you are stupid"
