Complaint

I bought the couches at coricraft in December 2017 and recieved them in march 2018 and now the staffing inside is now flat,i went back to coricraft store at mall of the south on the 13th April 2019 to make them aware of my problem and i was told that they will get back to me within 48 hrs and that did not happen,i called them yesterday on 25/04/2019 and i spoke to Fiona from their warehouse and she is telling me that I have to pay if i want a firmer staffing inside,and i also have to pay for the cleaning of the couches as they are now dirty, i was not made aware that i needed to scotch guard them so that they will be protected for two years or more,this couches were delivered at my house without them calling me first and explaining the staffing or the protection of the material outside,i believe that couches are supposed to last for ten years or more especially from a known brand like coricraft,the is still warranty on my couches for another year for staffing.Coricraft
