COMPLAINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi I have purchased a couch from coricraft and received nothing but problems.. I am not sure how you can portray the brand as quality when it is not.. initially no one could locate the lounge suite.. which it was then delivered late. then it was not scotch guarded when this was part of my initial order... to the realisation that the couch is wobbly... New feet need to be put on... is there quality checks done??????? I was advised that they would fix the feet this morning, to no avail I am still awaiting this to be resolved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is not service nor can it be labelled as a quality product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DISSATISFIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
