Coficraft Couches not up to standard

I purchased a Corner Lounge suite in January. It was delivered a week and a half ago, only to realise the one side of the lounge suite's springs are faulty. The springs on the couch has already broken and thus the cushions are falling in. I have contacted the store in Centurion where I purchased the lounge suite but still no reply. I would like this whole lounge suite replaced with a new suite. This is def not the type of quality I paid for.
