COFFEE TABLE CHIPPING OFF - NO RSPONSE

I purchased a coffee table from Coricraft Greenstone and it started chipping off on the sides, I called the store and it was replaced. The second one also started chipping off and I called the store and emailed pictures to Lourens on 1/12/2014. There was no response and feedback and 10 days later I sent a follow-up email and Lourens directed me to Fiqah - Head of complaints. I tried calling Fiqah with no success and I sent an email on the 10th Dec 2014 to which I never got any response till today. I am just disappointed at the way in which Coricraft has treated me as a customer - showing no regard and concern. My biggest mistake was purchasing a coffee table from them and agreeing to same product for replacement of initial defect.
