Cellphone ****** by coricraft employees who came to deliver furniture at my house

We ( my wife and i) bought a bed at coricraft zambezi on the 9th of February 2019, it was on a Saturday, on Tuesday, they came to deliver the bed at my place of residence, I had stepped out to go fetch my son from school but my sister was in the house, I came bck after 30 minutes as the school is not far from my house,when I got to my house the guys had finished assembling the bed and they were about to leave, went into my bedroom to inspect the bed and how it was assembled and inspected for any defects, I found none, signed the invoice and delivery note and they left, before they could leave they asked for the old bed and I told them will ask my wife when she gets bck from work and I gave them my contact details to call me the following day as I would have spoken to my wife, when she returned later from work, she was happy with the position of the bed the way it was, we then moved it around to create space, before we went to bed, i wanted something from my phone, then I remembered it on the other phone which was in my wardrobe, I went to look for it it wasn't there, searched everywhere nothing, I asked my wife and she told me where I last put it on Tuesday morning, inside the wardrobe, where my clothes are kept,the only people who were in the house, it was me, my sister, and the 3 employees from coricraft that day, I reported the matter to coricraft, they said they will investigate, they said I must get an affidavit stating what happened, which I did, told me to get 3 quotations and submit to them, I did, they say they want me to blacklist the phone, I told them is not possible to black list a handset without an itc number, the phone in question was a SAMSUNG S8, the was no Sim Card inside the phone and so blacklisting won't be possible, the phone I bought it last year January, I didn't keep the box ,now they say I must show them the box, it's been over a month going back and forth with no outcome, I even suggested a polygraph be done to all parties involved

As the person who has been wronged by coricraft, I must prove that I had that phone,it's like m accusing their employees of *****ing, my macbook,wife's iPad, my laptop were in the house, I could have also included those among the things which were ****** if I was accusing them of *****ing.
