card cloning

I was told that I could apply for a RCS card an it will work in all stores that has the RCS logo . After receiving my card on the 28th February I bought items at Coricraft Port Elizabeth .Two days later I went to handy house Despatch to purchase another item with the same card because you can buy from them also with a RCS card . They tried to swipe the card , but it did not want to go thru .The owner said I must cancel the current card and take out a RCS card from him and it will work at all stores using RCS cards . I later phoned the number on the rear side of the card . After being sent from one consulted t another I was told the card was cloned . I was very upset for the card as only used by two places , who cloned it . The response from the RCS consultants was very unprofessional .People should think twice before taking out a RCS card to buy items with . I have cancelled mine and will never get one again and will not buy from Coricraft nor Handy house again
