Broken promises

We bought two leather recliner couches from Coricraft. They made allot of promises when they will deliver. Promised us not later than Thursday(5/11/2015). Thursday I phone and they had plenty of excuses. Promised that it will be delivered on Saturday(7/11/2015). No delivery and no phone calls. Nobody answers the phone at there callcentre. I have never in my life delt with people who blatantly lie whitout remorse. The were quike to take my mone(I payd cach). Now they have only lies and no service. I will never in my life do bussiness with them or recomend them.
