Broken bed, waiting for delivery 3 months later

We ordered a bed from Coricraft and within 6 months reported it broken, they then came to repair it with the same frame and again it broke. After being promised a new bed and paying in the difference in September (not to mention sleeping on the floor for this duration) we still wait for delivery of our bed after delivery was estimated for end of October. After numerous calls have not heard any update nor communication from Coricraft and have no idea when we will be able to have a decent nights sleep. I demand feedback and express delivery - if anyone even cares about the Coricraft brand.
