Broken Bed( Low quality at a high price)

Hope you are well.

I have a problem with our bed. It has some wooden legs at the bottom that kind of support the centre of the bed, they keep falling off and when I check them its because they are not strong and thick enough to keep its centre as a result the ***** inserts come off with the wood and they fall off leaving the bed with no support.

Afternoon  I received the so called solution to my bed support. Attached are pictures of the joke I picked up. I was told I have to pay about R800 for this and this is how it looks, imagine if I had paid? I modified it with my Jigsaw(Not a grinder like how it yours look) and fitted it and it crackles very terribly and its actually worse than the original and I was hoping for a better night’s sleep, but I’m experiencing the contrary, maybe one of the days I will wake up on the floor. I don’t know what Coricraft stands for, but that is very unprofessional and it displays no integrity in their customer service. One guy called me and told me I will get a call from an assessor and to date nothing. Warranty or not I expected a guarantee that the solution will work but clearly its not going to work and I wasted my money with Coricraft and this left a bad taste in my mouth. I was willing to spend more money for pedestals and a dining room suite and my kids twin beds, I had a discussion with Lawraine before about this but, I will not even try. You have lost a customer and many more through me because I will never even refer a customer to your shop, because clearly there are no values whatsoever in what you provide customers. I am not leaving this hear and I’m taking this further on my side and you will definitely hear from me on this until I’m satisfied.
