Broken bed

Afternoon ,My name is Lukhele Vicky In 2012 I bought the bed and in six month using that bed it was giving me problem I went to complain the then send on of their guys to come and check it. he just put the skews and left, I was not around after two weeks when I come back home I found that their was nothing done because the bed was making the noise and it still doing it now, last year I went back again to them they told me that nothing they can do because the bed is out of warrantee, the thing is I never enjoy using using it till today, please help me regarding this matter as I didn't plan to buy the bed every two years. <br> <br> When I call at the branch they told me that the person that I was dealing with has been moved to other branches. now no one can help me.
