Brochure

<p>On Sunday 04/12/2016 my husband and I was hoping to look/purchase couches as we have been looking for some time now. As we approached Coricraft Nelspruit the doors were closed at 12:50 and the trading hours on the door state that the shop is open until 13:00, besides that as I pushed the door open since it was not locked, the sales person looked at me and said "We are closed!" I don't mind that they were closed even though it was not 13:00 yet, with that said and done, I said to the sales person it's fine if you are closed I am just looking for a brochure with some prices and the latest deals perhaps? And he didn't even do ther trouble to walk to the door and speak with me he just stood at the back of the store and yelled "look on the internet!". I come from a retail backround and undestand how it can get sometimes but he was not busy or helping someone he was just waiting it out to go home, that was utterly unprofessional and and really left a bad taste in my mouth. I really hope you can shape up on the cusomer service after all customers are the companies equity.</p>
