I bought a very expensive couch in November 2018. Months later they delivered the incorrect couch. Few months after that they delivered another incorrect couch. Tomorrow is 1 November 2019 & I still don’t have the couch that I ordered and paid for. A YEAR LATER!!!! The service is absolutely shocking. That is over R20k that would of earner a lot of interest in this year during this incompetence. Mind you, at some point I asked for my money back but they refused and said they would sort it out!!!!!
