Below zero level of service!

Poor service!! I purchased a couch online, and had problems with delivery due to size and stairways. I received emails stating coricraft would contact me for alternatives. Till date nothing. I have to be the one calling still to no assistance. The store and the call centre are both useless. It’s been over a week with no couch and no help. I wouldn’t recommend this store
