I remain surprised at how businesses will continue mistreating their customers in this uncertain economy. Does it really take micro-management and extensive training to make staff understand that treating customers with respect is a good thing? You will not be disappointed by the rude, lethargic teams from the floors of Mall of Africa to their warehouse in Roodepoort giving you a good metaphorical kick in the gut for daring to support them and having to make them work. This is after I had to drive 40km to collect the goods, as normal delivery takes two weeks. Ah well. They won't see me again.
