BEEN WAITING FOR MY ORDER FOR OVER 8 WEEKS

I ordered a couch from Coricraft on 01/03/2016 and was informed that the couch will take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to me.<br> <br> 5 weeks it will be completed and the other 1 week is to get delivery. It is now the 19th of April (7 weeks later) and the couch is still not complete. They said 6 weeks is the maximum and still am waiting for just a confirmation saying the couch is completed. I called last week and was informed that they just discovered that they are missing some parts and have ordered it from CAPE TOWN( totally unacceptable), how can you realise on the day that the order is supposed to be completed that there are parts missing? and not even call the customer about this delay( let her do all the calling and asking)<br> <br> I will never EVA buy from Coricraft again Customer service sucks, they have no sense of urgency. I asked how am I going to be compensated on this delay and was informed that I will be refunded the delivery money( I paid the couch in full plus paid the delivery money upfront). When I follow up on this refund I find out that the sales lady did not process the refund after calling me and confirming receiving my banking details<br>
