Been waiting a week.

I ordered 2 couches from corricraft. The incorrect colour was put on the invoice. We spoke to Banyana who assured told us that this colour was a light beige and we were happy with it being a bit lighter. When it came it was grey.<br> <br> No issue this is a misunderstanding.<br> <br> I have been waiting now for a week for them to come and collect the couches. When I phone they say they will get back to me but they don't. Darren seems to avoid talking to me and his attitude has been pretty bad from the day we bought the couches.
