Bed bought & delivery promised to be delivered

On 27 november 2015 we bought a bed at coricraft Pietermaritzburg. I got a call on 3rd December from their head office in Durban where I was requested to pay the balance so that the bed could be delivered that Saturday 5th December as it was ready and sitting at their factory in Durban.
