Bad Service

Good day I bought dinning room chairs from Coricraft.The price on the website was R2999 and then the sales man told me that the price on the website is incorrect but it's their error so they will give me the chairs with R2999 then I said will come on the 1st of August to pay deposit. Then they advertise the 20% sale and the chairs were on the sale so I bought the 6 chairs and I got 20% of R2999 which is the price that was on the website. I went to collect my chairs to the warehouses on the 3rd of September so 3 chairs were inside the box and 3 were in the plastic I asked one of the assistant there why the 3 were inside box and the other 3 were not the guy told me that the one that are not in the boxes the were in showroom I contacted the store to raise my complain the manager told me that there's is nothing they can do but he sounds like they did a favour for me with the R2999 and 20% I explained to him that the R2999 was on your website and 20% was for everyone didn't listen to me now I am sitting here with the broken chair. I am very dissapointed with their service
