Bad service

Absolutely disgusted with Coricraft.

I will not recommend them to anyone at all.

I went and ordered a couch. PAID IN FULL more than 15K.

Two days after my order has been placed I got an email saying that my couch is on back order and that a new date for delivery will be sent to me shortly as they are just awaiting for confirmation from the factory. After 3 weeks. I still have no date etc.

Never did anyone in store mention that the couch will go on a back order. If I knew that there was such a delay I would have never bought the couch.

I sent 3 emails asking what is the hold up and when could I expect my couch etc.

Till now still no reply

Then I sent a direct message on Instagram explaining my problem and got an automated reply stating that they will look into my query.

After more than a day still nothing just my messages being left on read.

After commenting on a post about bad service I got a message back saying that someone wil contact me in the morning.

Guess what? Still nothing.

I now requested a refund. As other places can actually provide me with a couch and does reply if I have a question.

Coricraft has very bad after sales service!!
