Bad service at Coricraft

I cannot believe Coricraft! I purchased a 3 seater couch 3 weeks ago and I still have not received it. Mind you I payed the amount in full, no hassles. What makes it worse is that the couch was readily available and all they have to do is deliver it to me.

The manager cannot not even call to explain what’s going on, only sending me emails saying “waiting for head office”. Even today they are waiting for head office????? Is this the kind of service Coricraft offers or its based on “who” made the purchase and then they are treated in a good manner?

I am sooo dissapointed, this is one shop that I loved and I wonder if I’ll ever go there.

I am still waiting!!!!!!!!! Even when I ask what is the plan to remedy the situation, there’s no answer. Only head office.
