Bad Service and Product

We purchased a lounge suite from Corricraft that was delivered a week before Christmas 20/12/2017 When I sat on the one couch it moved like it was unstable and a few moments later there was a audible crack. The whole couch wobbled. On inspection I found that the one leg was broken and it felt like the wood as well. We contacted them and got given the run around. When they eventually came back to us we were told that we have to take photo's. Now I have been in a serious motorcycle accident sitting with a shattered knee, broken ribs and spinal fusion and cannot lift the couch up and neither can my wife. We kept telling them this and they were adamant. We took photos of the couch itself as there are some other defects as well. We phoned them back and they said they will come pick it up to re-upholster. Out of frustration I eventually managed to lift the couch to get a photo of the bottom (the broken leg and wood). We phoned them back again and now they want to send an assessor!!? I am trying really hard not to swear here. I now demand R18 000.00 back as I'd rather go by a lounge suite from another dealer. I am still waiting and am going to shame them on all social media until this matter is sorted. I don't want anything from them. I want to be rein-burst and they can take their **** product. There is no smoothing this over. They will never get business from me again.
