Bad service and no delivery

5 weeks ago we bought a 3 seater tauppe chobe couch from the rose bank coricraft. The sales person guys were Kuda and Kaylene who told is that instead of buying the couch at the Witbank branch as it is closer to Secunda where we stay we can buy from them and the goods can be dispatched from the Witbank wholesale or shop. Our main concern was the delivery fee which was very much of the goods were coming from joburg as compared to Witbank. So we bought the couch and then paid a 50% deposit. The couch was about R17000 so we paid half of that. Last week Kuda called us to say the couch is in Witbank but the Witabank manager wants to return it back to Johannesburg because the rose bank guys never informed them that they will be sending a couch. The Witbank manager said he didn't have space in the showroom and the couch was now in the kitchen. She said that it was not the first time they do this. Now we had to pay the balance via EFT and it will take 48hours until the payment is cleared. It has now been more than 48hours now and we haven't heard anything from rose bank. Today we called only to find out that Kuda the salesman has left coricraft. Now we wonder if we will ever get our couch
