Bad service and don't keep their promises

I purchased a coffee table Coricraft Fourways on the 10th of September 2021and I was told that they will arrived on the 25th of October to date I still don't have my table. I Dmed the Coricraftsa and still hasn't received a response. I have been the one following up on my order, I feel ****** and I don't think I will ever buy from them again.
