Bad service

I have ordered and paid for a lounge suite in full on 22 December 2020 at the local Coricraft store in Nelspruit. I was informed that delivery should not take more than 8 weeks. I called the store on 16 February to enquire on the status of my order and I was informed that the lounge suite has not been delivered yet but I was assured that it will be in Nelspruit by latest Monday 22 February. I called the store again on Monday morning 22 January and I was told that they are not sure if my order was on the truck but they will call me back at 12 to confirm. I received a call at 13h30 and I was told that my order was not on the truck. The lady said she will try and arrange that my order will be delivered within the next week. I am very disappointed and frustrated with Coricraft and find this unacceptable. Bad service :-(
