Bad service

Good day, I bought cousins on sale at coricraft online on the 24 May then on the 23 Jun got email from Mokgadi Mohale advising they are out of stock we should choose at store or refund then I opted for refund it was a hassle to receive the refund form made numerous calls ***. On the 21 July got refund form from Mokgadi Mohale it was was stated payment will be within 5/7 days after the required documents received which was the form and ID copy they were submitted on the 5th of Aug. No refund since then I made an enquiry on the 19 to check the status of my refund got feedback from Grace from customer care it was stated that my refund was submitted to finance on the 7th it will be paid within 7/14 days upon approval. I was surprised that Mokgadi and Grace refund period were not the same even today Im still waiting for my refund it has passed 5/7&7/14 days still no luck yesterday I contacted *** spoke to lady didn't take her name she transferred me where I wasn't answered so I decided to call again she didn't even speak to me transferred again i waited until my airtime was finished. I need my money back I have been patient with Coricraft. Not happy at all.
