Bad service

I bought two bedroom suite at Corricraft on the 26th of September 2015 and I was promised that they'll be delivered in 3-4 weeks time which I was fine with the arrangement . On the 26 of October 2015 got an SMS to say the delivery will be done on that day . I came back from work one suite was on my passage as the driver couldn't put in my son bedroom . Was annoyed and my hubby came home and with my son they made a plan to put the bed inside the bedroom , to our surprised the base size and the mattress were not the same and I took pictures to sand to them the next morning . I called the call centre and was told I need to call back to speak to K****tso without even asked to leave a message . Yo cut it short I end up speaking to that Kgobotso who told me that the specialist will only come to my house on the 4th November 2015 to check what's wrong as she cannot see what I'm talking about . I've already sent her two emails with all the photos of things that I wasn't happy about . I asked if the manager cannot come out and see the whole mess And I requested to be called by a manager and since I've been waiting . As a client I cannot wait for another four weeks . I want my son bed .
