Bad service

I bought a couch cover in September they told me that the cover will n ready in November , on November they told me the material that I want for the couch cover is out of stock , they they told me that by the 14th of December it will be ready when I called on the 14th they told me that the cover was still not ready I then told them I want my money back they told me they going to take 10% but for what cause they still not done with the covert and I can’t wait anymore
