Bad Service

We went into the store to purchase a couch, we were told we cannot buy the couch off the floor. We wanted that particular one and we were told we needed to wait 4 - 6 weeks for one to manufactured for us. We were told we could have the same thing in a different colour, as there was one of those in the warehouse, but we wanted the couch in that particular colour that was on the floor. We asked why they couldn't have the one from the warehouse delivered to the store to show on the floor and we could have the one in the store but that was not an option either. We were told by the manager that she would call us on numerous occasions to try to rectify the solution but we kept having to call her to find out what was going on. It seems only once we threatened to take this further the manager tried to get something done, and had the excuse that she had 'just heard back on our request'<br> <br> Terrible service and we will not support this store again although we have bought MANY items from Coricraft in the past. We will continue to support the Design Quarter store in JHB as they were more helpful in this situation than that of the manager in the Emalahleni store itself.
