Bad quality/craftsmanship and disappointing/non-existent customer service
Extremely disappointed in the quality of my recent purchase with Coricraft. Not to mention the after sale customer service.
I bought a Nina Metal Bed a month ago and the frame of the bed broke. The metal beam in the middle of the bed snapped as well as the supporting rods - making it impossible for us to sleep on the bed.
After numerous calls and emails, Coricraft is yet to provide me with any feedback.
Safe to say, I will not be supporting Coricraft going forward.
