Bad quality side tables

I have an issue with there quality of bed side tables I bought at Coricraft. The white paint comes off very easily and chips too furthermore it gets stained and it's impossible to remove anything which spills on it . The customer experience manager, Olga is of the belief this is from normal wear and tear and one of the other staff says I should've put a table cloth on these. Where was this put in your care instructions?

We buy at Coricraft because we like decent quality furniture. But unfortunately I'm told 9 months is long enough for your furniture to be in a bad way. I might as well have bought the furniture at a cheaper place where I know there's no promise on quality.

Is this what Coricraft has come down to? Just know you've lost a long standing client in me.
