Bad quality, product and service

When purchasing a couch for over R40000, you'd think that you'd be getting a quality product along with good service... yet I received neither.

I have emailed 3 times, phoned twice and even went into a store to try and get our leather couch repaired which is not even 5 years old, but I have still had no luck.

How do you get some feedback or any service from Coricraft??
