bad quality product

Went to the Ballito branch to buy a new leather lounge suite. received a reject lounge suite that had a repair to a hole in the leather plus some marks showing signs of faded colour. added to that is the loosely fitted leather onto the structure that shows the leather as a loose cover which looks ugly. the workmanship is very poor and the after sales services is little to none as our complaint only received an accessor after a week and no trace of any comments recorded when calling the help centre a week later. the help centre promised to call the very day but have not heard from Coricraft thereafter. I really thought there were some morals behind a name that is advertised and presented well which i know now is only a facade.
