Bad quality of the furniture that I bought but as per coricraft it passed QA

I bought a corner couch from Coricraft. The day it was delivered the couches were not aligned one was higher and the other one lower. I returned them and called the shop and the warehouse for further assistance. The warehouse does not know how to deal with customer finally someone the the shop helped. 1. The couches were suppose to be checked off quality- it was not done 2. No one took responsibility of when will the next delivery be done. They were all playing the blame game. 3. After taking me from pillar to post and fighting I was told that their delivery for the next four days is done therefore I should wait onother 5 days before the delivery. 4. Eventually it was suppose to be delivered on Monday which did not happen. I was called at 15H00 that they will not be able to deliver- yes thank you after I took a day off for that delivery. 5. The couches are delivered guess what they are still not aligned. They are sitting in the middle of my lounge where the back of the couch is not straight and the couches are at different heights. Thank you that you took my mind Roy and you could not deliver on the furniture that you promised.
