Bad quality couch - Endless phone calls to rectify
Purchased couch in August 2014. It sagged so badly that my wife with prosthetic legs could not get up from the couch once seated. Endless amounts of phone calls to manufacturer to honour their guarantee. We hope to see if anything will be done to rectify.
